About us

A studio for brave beginnings

Creative Art Club classes and workshops are independently offered and hosted at Creating Art Studio in Redmond, Washington. It is built around the belief that art class should feel welcoming, tactile, and generous: a place to try, make, revise, and leave with hands that remember what they learned.

Studio approach

Structure without pressure

Each class starts with a clear invitation: a material, a prompt, a technique, or a simple project goal. From there, students get room to follow their own ideas while still feeling held by the process.

The studio welcomes young children with caregivers, elementary artists ready to explore, and teens or adults who want a low-pressure way back into making.

Creative Director

Nancy Ramos

Nancy started as part of the Creating Arts Studio community since 2020, first as a student, then as a team member and now founder and owner of the Creative Arts Club.

Art has always been an important part of her life, from early experiences with drawing, coloring, and painting techniques to years of developing her own style across mediums including watercolor, gouache, acrylics, oils, and mixed media. She finds great joy in witnessing each student's creativity, dedication, and artistic growth, and considers it a true privilege to be part of such an inspiring community.
